Return & Refund Policy
We love our Gratonik products – and we think you will too.
However, if you’re not a fan, you can return your Gratonik product(s) within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding any shipping costs).
Please note a change of mind return is only permitted for products which are unused and still in the same condition you received it in (including the original packaging and tags attached) and you are responsible for all costs incurred to ship a change of mind return.
We will process the refund once the bag has been received and inspected to ensure it meets our change of mind return conditions.
Ensure you pack your returns parcel appropriately to prevent any damage during transit. Gratonik Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any lost or damaged products being returned for a change of mind refund.
Don’t forget to include a copy of your order confirmation in the parcel, so the warehouse knows who has sent the parcel!
Please note: All refunds for change of mind will only be refunded to the payment method used at time of purchase.
Do You Allow Exchanges?
We don’t offer exchanges as these can be tricky for customers and a business to manage especially during busy shopping periods, and we would hate you to miss out on your preferred option being out of stock. To complete an exchange, we advise you place a new order for the item you wish in exchange and return the change of mind item. Please note the cost of all change of mind returns are incurred by the customer.

Items purchased on Discount (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale made under discounts cannot be refunded.
